CULTURAL MEDIATION

Graduated in Special Education and Dance, and having grown up with a neuroatypical younger sister, Emmanuelle has developed a heightened sensitivity to supporting people with specific needs.

She works with a wide range of communities (seniors, neurodiverse individuals, people with functional or sensory differences, etc.).

Several festivals and companies call on her when it comes to developing classes adapted to specific needs (Bouge De Là, Festival Quartiers Danses, Prima Danse, Centre des Arts de la Scène Les Muse, etc.).

In her most recent production, Luminescence, Emmanuelle took on the challenge of creating a choreographic work and directing an artistic documentary film within a residential care facility for people with limited mobility (MAS Les Romans).

During this process—where residents danced alongside non-dancer medico-social professionals—Emmanuelle not only refined her adapted workshops for the participants, but also developed a new workshop intended for caregivers / support workers / social workers / medico-social professionals: “Caring for Those Who Care.” Indeed, their commitment to vulnerable individuals does not always leave them space to refocus on themselves.

This workshop aims to reconnect them with themselves through movement and breath.
